Do you sell your products directly to customers?
Tonin Casa works with an experienced net of resellers, from which customers can purchase our products. Finding the closest shop is easy: just click on our "RESELLERS" page.
Where are your products produced?
Tonin Casa's production is completely Made in Italy.
What are your hours of operation?
Our headquarters open Monday to Friday, from 8.30AM to 12.30PM, and from 02.00PM to 06.00PM.
What events will you be attending?
Tonin Casa attends the most important fairs and events of the business. Salone del Mobile.Milano, Crocus in Moscow, and many others. Our participation to said and other fairs is always advertised via our website, our Social Network's Profiles, and our Architonic Profile.
What's the warranty for your products?
Our warranties are defined by our Country, and last 2 years, wherever not otherwise specified - in which case, the duration is longer.
How do you pack your products?
Our packagings may vary, depending on the kind of product we are shipping. Generally, we use cardboard or wooden boxes; products are protected by styrofoam, polyethylene, or other protective materials.
Do you have a shworoom I can see? What are its hours of operation?
Tonin Casa's internal showroom is reserved to resellers and interior design professionals. A visit can be easily arranged by contacting our Sales Department.
